Assistant to Academic Admin Coordinator
Two days per week, term-time only - immediate start 2026

What is the Role?

To provide outstanding administrative support to the Senior College Learning Department in order to enhance student learning in the School.

 

Who will the successful applicant be?

  • Strong in IT skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Experienced in working within a team and autonomously
  • The ability to show a high level of initiative and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to handle the pressure of a fast paced working environment
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
