What is the Role? We are looking for a passionate classroom Music teacher to join our dynamic K-6 Music team in 2026. Who will the successful applicant be? - Displays dedication and enthusiasm for teaching classroom Music, with a heart for encouraging and inspiring students of all abilities
- Has recent experience and proven success teaching Junior School Music
- Committed to delivering a high-quality Music curriculum from an aural vocal approach
- Experience in leading music ensembles
- Committed to ongoing professional learning in Music education, including training in Kodaly and/or Orff approaches
- Possesses strong classroom management skills
- Demonstrates outstanding musicianship skills, including advanced practical skills in one or more instruments
- Thrives working collaboratively in a high-functioning team
- Confident in the use of technology
- An understanding of and commitment to the School’s Christian mission, values and ethos
