Marketing Project Manager + Marketing Projects Contractor
Two roles

1. Marketing Project Manager (Full-time, ongoing)

 

Bring our school's story to life

As our Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that enhance the school’s profile, increase engagement, and support enrolment growth. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, perfect for a confident all-rounder with strong skills in content creation, campaign coordination, digital marketing and event support.

This role is office based.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage communications and marketing projects from brief to execution
  • Maintain Marketing traffic flow including project communications, managing projects via Teams and Monday.com, proactively manage stock inventory levels etc
  • Work collaboratively across the School to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence

 

Who will the successful applicant be?

  • Graduate degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Eight years + experience in a similar role
  • Strong skills within client or agency marketing, web, media or online
  • Strong IT skills, including superior knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Wordpress or similar, project management platforms and other social media platforms
  • Proven customer service skills and the the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to change

 

 

2. Marketing Projects Contractor (Part-time or Full-time, 6 month contract)

 

Flexible role for creative marketing specialist

We're also looking for a Marketing Contractor to assist with project-based marketing needs and provide support to our in-house team. This is a flexible, full or part-time opportunity perfect for a freelancer or experienced marketer looking for meaningful, community-focused work.

 

 

You might support us with:

  • Project manage communications and marketing projects from brief to execution
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders with scope, deliverables and timelines
  • Delivery of web, photography or videography projects
  • Special projects and overflow support

 

You'll bring

  • A strong portfolio of marketing delivery
  • Experience managing projects and delivering to deadlines
  • A collaborative and adaptable working style
  • Availability for 4 or5 days per week (flexible)
